A. In General – Usage Agreement
“WESTnet DISTRIBUTION – DISTRIBUTIONS, TRADE, INDUSTRY, PRODUCTION SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME” with distinctive title “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION SINGLE MEMBER SA” and Registration Number of Hellenic Business Registry 6419201000, having its registered office at the Municipality of Kifissia, Attica (hereinafter the “Company”) at 22 Thivaidos Street, is the creator of the website www.westnetgroup.com (hereinafter the “website”). The visitor / user accepts the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photos and files contained on the website. The existing, as well as any new services included on the website are subject to these terms of use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice to the users thereof. Continuing to use the website following any amendments means that the visitor / user unconditionally accepts the present terms.
B. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights – Visitor / User liability
The content (including texts, graphics, trademarks and logos) and the design of the website are the intellectual property of the Company in accordance with the applicable laws and are available only for personal and not commercial or other use. Therefore, making copies, reproducing, republishing, modifying and transferring them in any way without the written consent/permission of the Company is prohibited. The appearance of the above-mentioned content on the website may not be construed as a transfer or assignment of license or right to use any of the above-mentioned items.
Other products and/or services mentioned on the web pages of this website that bear the trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, partners, associations or publications, constitute the intellectual and industrial property thereof and therefore these bodies bear the relevant liability.
The visitor / user of the website must comply with the rules of law and refrain from any use that is illegal and contrary to public morality. Indicatively, it is stated that the user agrees that:
- It will not prevent any other user from using the website by causing damage to its content or mode of operation.
- It will not damage the website through malicious software (e.g. containing viruses) and will not use files or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or destroy the operating equipment of any computer software or hardware or the collection or storage of other users’ personal data.
- It will not use any data mining system in order to reproduce the navigation, presentation and structure of this website.
- It will not proceed to any action that infringes patents, trademarks, trade secrets, intellectual property rights or other third party proprietary rights.
The visitor / user of the pages and services of the website assumes liability for any damage caused to the website by misuse or improper use of the relevant services.
C. Data Protection
The management and protection of the personal data of the user of the website is governed by the terms hereof and the relevant provisions of Greek Law, as well as European Law and International Law.
Underage persons or persons legally incompetent have access to the website only with the consent of their guardians / judicial supporters and are not obliged to disclose their personal details.
Such details are never disclosed to third parties (except where required by law). The website maintains files with these details exclusively for communication and statistics purposes and in order to improve the services provided.
In any case, the user of the website has at any time the right, upon contacting the Company and ascertaining the existence of a personal file (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address that it may have previously provided to the Company) to request its deletion, correction or modification in accordance with the specific provisions of the privacy policy. In this case, the Company will modify or delete the user’s contact details from its database as soon as possible.
The website may use cookies to identify the user. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor and do not get information on any files from the computer thereof. They are used for statistics purposes in order to determine the areas of the website that are useful and popular. For more information regarding the Cookies policy please refer to the privacy policy.
D. Disclaimer
The Company makes every effort for the smooth operation of the website. However, it may not be temporarily available due to technical issues beyond the Company’s control. Under no circumstances, including negligence, will the website be liable for any kind of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, options and contents of the website, to which they proceed on their own initiative and having knowledge of the present terms. The Company disclaims all warranties that the website, servers or any e-mail sent by the Company are free of viruses or other malicious software. In particular, the website is not liable for any special, indirect, consequential or occasional, positive or consequential damages from a visit to the website and/or from the use of the services or the information contained in the website.
The Company may, at any time, change, suspend or discontinue any individual operation of the website or its operation may be suspended / discontinued for reasons beyond its control.
The Company makes every effort to ensure that the website is secure for its users but does not warrant that any program or information on it is free of any malicious code-viruses or other malicious components for the User’s computer system. It is the sole responsibility of each user to implement the appropriate software and to secure its information and system.
E. Links to other websites
The website does not control the availability, content, personal data privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of other websites and pages to which it refers through “links”, hyperlinks or banner ads. Therefore, for any problem that occurs during the visit thereto / use thereof, you must refer directly to the respective websites and pages, which bear the relevant liability for the provision of their services. The website shall under no circumstances be deemed to endorse or approve the content or services of the linked websites and pages, or is in any other way associated with them.
F. Applicable law, jurisdiction and other terms
The above-mentioned terms and conditions are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties. If any provision of these terms is deemed illegal, it shall automatically be null and void and shall be removed from the present, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens are exclusively competent for any disputes arising herefrom.
The present constitutes the entire agreement between the website and the visitor / user regarding its pages and services and is binding between them. No amendment to these terms will be taken into account and form part of this agreement unless it has been drafted in writing and it has been incorporated therein.
Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Student Giveaway”
1. Subject of the Competition
The company under the name “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME FOR DISTRIBUTION, TRADE, INDUSTRY AND PRODUCTION” (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), with registered offices at 22 Thivaidos Street, Kifissia, Attica, General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) No. 006419201000, Tax Registration No. 999645171, KEFODE Attica Tax Office, hereby announces a competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) entitled “Student Giveaway”.
The Competition will be conducted through the Organiser’s Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/westnetgroup/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to all users of the Website who reside in Greece or Cyprus, are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity at the time of their participation, subject to the provisions of Clause 3 below.
3. Exclusion of Participants
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Competition: minors, persons who are not permanent residents of Greece or Cyprus, persons who do not have full legal capacity in accordance with Clause 2, persons employed in any capacity by the Organiser, any of its subsidiaries or its advertising agency, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses.
4. Duration of the Competition
The Competition will run from Tuesday, 4 August 2026, up to and including Tuesday, 18 August 2026. Only entries submitted within the above period will be considered valid.
5. Participation Process
During the Competition period, as specified in Clause 4, any user of the Website who is eligible to participate in accordance with Clauses 2 and 3 and wishes to enter the Competition must complete all of the following steps:
a) Post a comment and tag a friend under the Competition post.
b) Follow the following Instagram profiles:
By completing all the above steps, the participant simultaneously declares their full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Multiple entries are not permitted. Each Participant will receive only one entry in the draw for the selection of the Competition Winner, regardless of the number of comments or entries they may submit.
No fee or additional procedure is required to participate in the Competition. The records containing the Participants’ details, maintained by the Organiser or by a third party acting under its instructions and on its behalf pursuant to a relevant agreement, will constitute full proof that an entry has been received by the Organiser’s or the third party’s system and that it is valid in accordance with Clause 7.
No purchase of any product sold by the Organiser is required in order to participate in the Competition.
6. Prizes
The Competition prizes, which will be awarded to one Winner, are:

The Prizes are personal to the Winner. The Winner may not transfer the Prizes or exchange them for cash or any other substitute products.
The Prizes will be provided to the Winner as they are. The provisions concerning a seller’s liability or other consumer-protection provisions establishing the Organiser’s liability for any actual defects will not apply.
7. Selection of the Competition Winner
The Winner will be selected through an electronic draw that does not allow human intervention. The draw will take place on 19 August 2026.
In addition to the Winner, one runner-up will be selected in case the Winner fails to respond, does not meet the Terms and Conditions or refuses the Prize.
The results of the draw may not be disputed or challenged through any legal remedy.
A “valid entry” means any entry in the Competition that meets all the following requirements:
A. The Participant is eligible to participate in accordance with Clauses 2 and 3, and the entry has been submitted in accordance with the process described in Clause 5.
B. In the Organiser’s judgement, the entry is not the result of any unlawful technical manipulation of the Organiser’s systems, fraud or unfair interference by the Participant or any third party.
C. The entry has been submitted and registered in the Organiser’s systems within the period specified in Clause 4.
8. Notification of the Winner
The Organiser will announce the Winner under the Competition post and will also contact the Winner through a direct message sent to their Instagram profile.
The Winner must then contact the Organiser and provide the minimum personal data required, namely their full name, email address, postal address and telephone number, so that the Organiser may communicate with them and arrange the delivery of the Prizes.
Therefore, in order to accept and receive the Prizes, the Winner’s accurate details—including their full name, address, email address and telephone number—must be provided to the Organiser or to a third party acting under its instructions and on its behalf.

The Organiser bears no responsibility if the contact details provided by the Winner or Participant are incorrect and, consequently, communication with them is not possible.
If the Organiser is unable to contact the Winner within 48 hours of notifying them through a direct message on Instagram, or if the Winner fails, for any reason—including unforeseen circumstances or force majeure—to contact the Organiser within that period, they will permanently lose their right to the Prizes. Their place will be taken by the first runner-up, in the order in which they were selected during the relevant draw.
By participating in the Competition, Participants expressly consent to and authorise the Organiser to promote the Competition and its results through radio, print and electronic media and/or the Internet.
9. Delivery of the Prizes
The Prizes will be dispatched after the Winner has provided the personal details specified in Clause 8 and following consultation with the Winner.
10. Liability
The Organiser bears no responsibility if, for any technical reason, the Competition’s entry-registration and Winner-selection system is temporarily unable to receive or register a Participant’s entry.
In all cases, the Organiser’s liability will be limited to acts or omissions resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence and will under no circumstances extend to unforeseen events or events of force majeure.
Under no circumstances may the Organiser or its associates, employees, directors, shareholders or representatives be held liable for damages or losses of any kind—including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, civil or criminal damages—arising from the actions of the Website’s users.
Any damage caused to the Website or the Internet in general as a result of the improper or unfair use of the relevant services by any Participant falls within the latter’s exclusive responsibility.
The Organiser bears no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information, or if it is unable to fulfil its obligations under these Competition Terms and Conditions due to an event of force majeure, including, indicatively, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorist acts or threats, accidents, fires, floods, industrial action or civil unrest.

The Competition Terms and Conditions are available on the Website.
12. Information and Complaints
For any information or complaint concerning the Competition, any Participant or third party may contact the Organizer at marketing@mywestnet.com.
13. Personal Data
Participation in the Competition entails the Participant’s express and unconditional consent to the recording of their personal data—specifically, their full name, contact telephone number, email address and delivery or collection address for the Prizes—in a file maintained by the Organiser and/or third parties acting under its instructions and on its behalf pursuant to a relevant agreement.
Such data will be processed solely for the purposes of conducting the draw. Participants acknowledge that maintaining a record of their data is necessary for conducting the Competition, including selecting the Winner, publishing the results and carrying out all actions required to communicate with the Winner.
Participation in the Competition also entails the Participants’ express and unconditional consent to the publication of their personal data as part of the Competition results. In particular, their name may be disclosed when announcing the Winner and the result of the draw through print or electronic media and/or the Internet, including social media and, in particular, the Organiser’s official pages. Their data may also be processed for the purpose of completing all actions necessary for awarding the Prizes.
The Organiser undertakes to process the Participants’ personal data in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Legislation and, specifically, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
In particular, the Organizer undertakes not to disclose and/or transfer Participants’ personal data to any third party for commercial purposes—other than persons who may be involved in the above activities under the Organizer’s instructions and on its behalf—or to use them for any purpose other than those described in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser also undertakes to ensure that any processing of Participants’ personal data by a third party acting under its instructions and on its behalf for the purposes of conducting the Competition will comply with the applicable Data Protection Legislation.
Participants acknowledge that they understand how social media platforms operate and consent to the fact that any comments, shares or likes may be publicly visible on the Organiser’s page.
Following the delivery of the Prizes, any personal or other data relating to the Competition’s Participants and Winner will be permanently and fully deleted from the records of the Organiser and any third party acting under its instructions and on its behalf that has access to such data, unless its retention is required by applicable legislation.
To exercise their rights to information, rectification, objection, erasure or withdrawal of consent concerning their personal data, Participants may contact the Organizer at marketing@mywestnet.com. They may also submit complaints to the competent Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
14. Cancellation of the Competition – Amendment of the Terms
The Organizer reserves the right, without incurring any liability or obligation to provide compensation, to postpone or cancel the Competition or freely amend these Terms and Conditions, including the duration of the Competition, by publishing a relevant notice on the Website.
Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions, postponement or cancellation of the Competition will take effect only after the Organiser has published the relevant announcement on its Website.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law.
The courts of Athens will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or disagreement arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
16. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Competition entails the Participant’s express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which may be supplemented, where deemed necessary, by the Organiser’s terms of use, transaction terms and data-protection terms.
