A. In General – Usage Agreement
“WESTnet DISTRIBUTION – DISTRIBUTIONS, TRADE, INDUSTRY, PRODUCTION SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME” with distinctive title “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION SINGLE MEMBER SA” and Registration Number of Hellenic Business Registry 6419201000, having its registered office at the Municipality of Kifissia, Attica (hereinafter the “Company”) at 22 Thivaidos Street, is the creator of the website www.westnetgroup.com (hereinafter the “website”). The visitor / user accepts the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photos and files contained on the website. The existing, as well as any new services included on the website are subject to these terms of use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice to the users thereof. Continuing to use the website following any amendments means that the visitor / user unconditionally accepts the present terms.
B. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights – Visitor / User liability
The content (including texts, graphics, trademarks and logos) and the design of the website are the intellectual property of the Company in accordance with the applicable laws and are available only for personal and not commercial or other use. Therefore, making copies, reproducing, republishing, modifying and transferring them in any way without the written consent/permission of the Company is prohibited. The appearance of the above-mentioned content on the website may not be construed as a transfer or assignment of license or right to use any of the above-mentioned items.
Other products and/or services mentioned on the web pages of this website that bear the trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, partners, associations or publications, constitute the intellectual and industrial property thereof and therefore these bodies bear the relevant liability.
The visitor / user of the website must comply with the rules of law and refrain from any use that is illegal and contrary to public morality. Indicatively, it is stated that the user agrees that:
- It will not prevent any other user from using the website by causing damage to its content or mode of operation.
- It will not damage the website through malicious software (e.g. containing viruses) and will not use files or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or destroy the operating equipment of any computer software or hardware or the collection or storage of other users’ personal data.
- It will not use any data mining system in order to reproduce the navigation, presentation and structure of this website.
- It will not proceed to any action that infringes patents, trademarks, trade secrets, intellectual property rights or other third party proprietary rights.
The visitor / user of the pages and services of the website assumes liability for any damage caused to the website by misuse or improper use of the relevant services.
C. Data Protection
The management and protection of the personal data of the user of the website is governed by the terms hereof and the relevant provisions of Greek Law, as well as European Law and International Law.
Underage persons or persons legally incompetent have access to the website only with the consent of their guardians / judicial supporters and are not obliged to disclose their personal details.
Such details are never disclosed to third parties (except where required by law). The website maintains files with these details exclusively for communication and statistics purposes and in order to improve the services provided.
In any case, the user of the website has at any time the right, upon contacting the Company and ascertaining the existence of a personal file (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address that it may have previously provided to the Company) to request its deletion, correction or modification in accordance with the specific provisions of the privacy policy. In this case, the Company will modify or delete the user’s contact details from its database as soon as possible.
The website may use cookies to identify the user. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor and do not get information on any files from the computer thereof. They are used for statistics purposes in order to determine the areas of the website that are useful and popular. For more information regarding the Cookies policy please refer to the privacy policy.
D. Disclaimer
The Company makes every effort for the smooth operation of the website. However, it may not be temporarily available due to technical issues beyond the Company’s control. Under no circumstances, including negligence, will the website be liable for any kind of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, options and contents of the website, to which they proceed on their own initiative and having knowledge of the present terms. The Company disclaims all warranties that the website, servers or any e-mail sent by the Company are free of viruses or other malicious software. In particular, the website is not liable for any special, indirect, consequential or occasional, positive or consequential damages from a visit to the website and/or from the use of the services or the information contained in the website.
The Company may, at any time, change, suspend or discontinue any individual operation of the website or its operation may be suspended / discontinued for reasons beyond its control.
The Company makes every effort to ensure that the website is secure for its users but does not warrant that any program or information on it is free of any malicious code-viruses or other malicious components for the User’s computer system. It is the sole responsibility of each user to implement the appropriate software and to secure its information and system.
E. Links to other websites
The website does not control the availability, content, personal data privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of other websites and pages to which it refers through “links”, hyperlinks or banner ads. Therefore, for any problem that occurs during the visit thereto / use thereof, you must refer directly to the respective websites and pages, which bear the relevant liability for the provision of their services. The website shall under no circumstances be deemed to endorse or approve the content or services of the linked websites and pages, or is in any other way associated with them.
F. Applicable law, jurisdiction and other terms
The above-mentioned terms and conditions are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties. If any provision of these terms is deemed illegal, it shall automatically be null and void and shall be removed from the present, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens are exclusively competent for any disputes arising herefrom.
The present constitutes the entire agreement between the website and the visitor / user regarding its pages and services and is binding between them. No amendment to these terms will be taken into account and form part of this agreement unless it has been drafted in writing and it has been incorporated therein.
Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “HiFuture Giveaway”
1. Subject of the Giveaway
The company under the registered name “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION (ΓΟΥΕΣΤνετ ΝΤΙΣΤΡΙΜΠΙΟΥΣΙΟΝ) ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΑΝΩΝΥΜΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ ΔΙΑΝΟΜΩΝ, ΕΜΠΟΡΙΟΥ, ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΑΣ, ΠΑΡΑΓΩΓΗΣ” (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), having its registered office at 22 Thivaidos Street, Kifisia, Attica, Greece, with General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) No. 006419201000, Tax Identification Number (TIN) 999645171, and registered with KEFODE Attikis Tax Office, announces a giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) entitled “HiFuture Giveaway”, which will be conducted through the Organizer’s Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/hifuture.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Platform”).
2. Eligibility to Participate
Participation in the Giveaway is open to all users of the Online Platform who reside in Greece or Cyprus, are at least 18 years of age, and have full legal capacity at the time of participation, subject to the exclusions set out in Clause 3 below.
3. Exclusion of Participants
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway: minors, individuals who are not permanent residents of Greece or Cyprus, individuals lacking legal capacity as specified in Clause 2, employees or other persons engaged in any capacity by the Organizer, any of its subsidiaries or its advertising agency, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses.
4. Giveaway Duration
The Giveaway will run from Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 19:00 (7:00 PM) until Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 19:00 (7:00 PM).
Only entries submitted within the aforementioned period will be considered valid.
5. Participation Procedure
During the Giveaway period, as specified in Clause 4, any eligible user of the Online Platform, in accordance with Clauses 2 and 3, who wishes to participate must complete all the following steps:
a) Leave a comment on the Giveaway post and tag a friend.
b) Follow the Instagram account @hifuture.gr.
Completion of all the aforementioned steps constitutes the participant’s express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Multiple entries are not permitted in the sense that each participant will receive only one entry into the draw for the selection of the Giveaway Winners, regardless of the number of comments or entries submitted.
Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and does not require any additional procedure.
The records containing participants’ information, maintained by the Organizer or by a third party acting on its behalf under a relevant agreement, shall constitute sufficient evidence of the receipt and validity of any entry submitted through the Organizer’s or the third party’s systems, in accordance with Clause 7.
No purchase of any products distributed or sold by the Organizer is required to participate in the Giveaway.
6. Prizes
The Giveaway prizes consist of six (6) HiFuture Vela smartwatches, which will be awarded to six (6) Winners as follows:
- Two (2) HiFuture Vela Smartwatches – Dark Green
- Two (2) HiFuture Vela Smartwatches – Black
- Two (2) HiFuture Vela Smartwatches – Latte
Each Winner will receive one (1) smartwatch.
The Prizes are personal and non-transferable. Winners are not entitled to transfer, exchange or redeem their Prizes for cash or other goods.
The Prizes shall be awarded to the Winners in their existing condition. The application of provisions regarding seller liability or other consumer protection provisions establishing liability on the part of the Organizer for potential material defects is excluded, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Winner Selection Procedure
The Winners will be selected through an electronic random draw, without human intervention, which will take place on October 30, 2026.
In addition to the six (6) Winners, six (6) alternate winners will also be selected in case any Winner fails to respond, does not meet the eligibility requirements or refuses to accept the Prize.
The results of the draw shall be final, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
A “valid entry” shall mean an entry that cumulatively meets all the following conditions:
A. The participant is eligible to participate in accordance with Clauses 2 and 3, and the entry has been submitted in compliance with the participation procedure described in Clause 5.
B. The entry is not, in the Organizer’s judgment, the result of unlawful technical interference with the Organizer’s systems, fraud or any unfair manipulation by the participant or a third party.
C. The entry has been submitted and registered in the Organizer’s systems within the period specified in Clause 4.
8. Winner Notification
The Organizer will announce the Winners:
a) Through a comment or announcement under the Giveaway post.
b) By sending a direct message to each Winner’s Instagram profile.
The Winners will be requested to contact the Organizer and provide the minimum necessary personal information, namely their full name, email address, postal address and telephone number, to enable communication and delivery of the Prize.
For the acceptance and receipt of the Prize, Winners must provide accurate personal and contact details to the Organizer or to a third party acting on its behalf.

The Organizer shall not be held responsible if the contact information provided by a Winner or participant is incorrect and, as a result, communication cannot be established.
If a Winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the direct message on Instagram, or if the Winner fails to respond to the Organizer within that period for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Winner shall permanently forfeit the right to receive the Prize.
In such cases, the Prize will be awarded to the first alternate winner, according to the order established by the draw, and subsequently to the next alternate winner if necessary.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants expressly consent to and authorize the Organizer to promote the Giveaway and its results through radio, print media, electronic media and the Internet.
9. Prize Delivery
The Prizes will be dispatched after the Winners have provided the personal information specified in Clause 8 and following arrangements made directly with the Winners.
10. Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable if, for any technical reason, the submission or registration of an entry in the Giveaway system or the Winner selection system becomes temporarily impossible.
In any event, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to acts or omissions resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and shall not extend to unforeseen events or events of force majeure.
Under no circumstances shall the Organizer, its partners, employees, directors, shareholders or representatives be held liable for damages or losses of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages) arising from actions undertaken by users of the Online Platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Any damage caused to the Online Platform or the Internet in general as a result of improper or unlawful use of the relevant services by a participant shall be the sole responsibility of that participant.
The Organizer shall not be liable for incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants or for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events of force majeure, including, indicatively, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorist acts or threats, accidents, fires, floods, social unrest or similar circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Publication of Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of participation in the Giveaway shall be published and made available through the Online Platform.

13. Personal Data Protection
Participation in the Giveaway entails the participant’s express and unconditional consent to the collection and recording of personal data, specifically their full name, contact telephone number, email address and Prize delivery address, in a file maintained by the Organizer and/or third parties acting on its behalf under a relevant agreement.
Such personal data shall be processed exclusively for the purposes of conducting the draw and administering the Giveaway.
Participants acknowledge that the maintenance of a record containing their personal data is necessary for the proper administration of the Giveaway, including the selection of Winners, publication of the results and completion of all necessary procedures for contacting Winners and delivering the Prizes.
Participation in the Giveaway also entails the participants’ express and unconditional consent to the publication of their personal data in connection with the announcement of the Giveaway results.
In particular, participants consent to the publication of their names when announcing the Winners through print and electronic media and/or the Internet, including social media platforms and, specifically, the Organizer’s official pages.
Participants also consent to the processing of their personal information for the completion of all necessary procedures relating to Prize delivery.
The Organizer undertakes to process participants’ personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
In particular, the Organizer undertakes not to disclose or transfer participants’ personal data to any third party for commercial purposes, except to persons acting on its behalf and under its instructions who may be involved in administering the Giveaway.
The Organizer also undertakes not to use participants’ personal data for purposes other than those described in these Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, the Organizer shall ensure that any third party processing personal data on its behalf for the purposes of the Giveaway complies with the applicable data protection legislation.
Participants acknowledge that they understand how social media platforms operate and consent to the fact that any comments, shares or likes associated with the Giveaway may be publicly visible on the Organizer’s social media account.
Following the delivery of the Prizes, all personal and other data relating to participants and Winners shall be permanently and completely deleted from the Organizer’s records, as well as from the records of any third party processing such data on its behalf, unless retention is required by applicable law.

14. Cancellation of the Giveaway – Amendment of Terms
The Organizer reserves the right, without incurring liability, to postpone or cancel the Giveaway or to amend these Terms and Conditions, including the duration of the Giveaway, by publishing a relevant announcement through the Online Platform.
Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions, postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway shall become effective only after the relevant announcement has been published by the Organizer through the Online Platform.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law.
The courts of Athens, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
16. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the participant’s express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which may be supplemented, where necessary, by the Organizer’s applicable terms of use, transaction terms and data protection policies.
