A. In General – Usage Agreement
“WESTnet DISTRIBUTION – DISTRIBUTIONS, TRADE, INDUSTRY, PRODUCTION SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME” with distinctive title “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION SINGLE MEMBER SA” and Registration Number of Hellenic Business Registry 6419201000, having its registered office at the Municipality of Kifissia, Attica (hereinafter the “Company”) at 22 Thivaidos Street, is the creator of the website www.westnetgroup.com (hereinafter the “website”). The visitor / user accepts the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photos and files contained on the website. The existing, as well as any new services included on the website are subject to these terms of use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice to the users thereof. Continuing to use the website following any amendments means that the visitor / user unconditionally accepts the present terms.
B. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights – Visitor / User liability
The content (including texts, graphics, trademarks and logos) and the design of the website are the intellectual property of the Company in accordance with the applicable laws and are available only for personal and not commercial or other use. Therefore, making copies, reproducing, republishing, modifying and transferring them in any way without the written consent/permission of the Company is prohibited. The appearance of the above-mentioned content on the website may not be construed as a transfer or assignment of license or right to use any of the above-mentioned items.
Other products and/or services mentioned on the web pages of this website that bear the trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, partners, associations or publications, constitute the intellectual and industrial property thereof and therefore these bodies bear the relevant liability.
The visitor / user of the website must comply with the rules of law and refrain from any use that is illegal and contrary to public morality. Indicatively, it is stated that the user agrees that:
- It will not prevent any other user from using the website by causing damage to its content or mode of operation.
- It will not damage the website through malicious software (e.g. containing viruses) and will not use files or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or destroy the operating equipment of any computer software or hardware or the collection or storage of other users’ personal data.
- It will not use any data mining system in order to reproduce the navigation, presentation and structure of this website.
- It will not proceed to any action that infringes patents, trademarks, trade secrets, intellectual property rights or other third party proprietary rights.
The visitor / user of the pages and services of the website assumes liability for any damage caused to the website by misuse or improper use of the relevant services.
C. Data Protection
The management and protection of the personal data of the user of the website is governed by the terms hereof and the relevant provisions of Greek Law, as well as European Law and International Law.
Underage persons or persons legally incompetent have access to the website only with the consent of their guardians / judicial supporters and are not obliged to disclose their personal details.
Such details are never disclosed to third parties (except where required by law). The website maintains files with these details exclusively for communication and statistics purposes and in order to improve the services provided.
In any case, the user of the website has at any time the right, upon contacting the Company and ascertaining the existence of a personal file (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address that it may have previously provided to the Company) to request its deletion, correction or modification in accordance with the specific provisions of the privacy policy. In this case, the Company will modify or delete the user’s contact details from its database as soon as possible.
The website may use cookies to identify the user. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor and do not get information on any files from the computer thereof. They are used for statistics purposes in order to determine the areas of the website that are useful and popular. For more information regarding the Cookies policy please refer to the privacy policy.
D. Disclaimer
The Company makes every effort for the smooth operation of the website. However, it may not be temporarily available due to technical issues beyond the Company’s control. Under no circumstances, including negligence, will the website be liable for any kind of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, options and contents of the website, to which they proceed on their own initiative and having knowledge of the present terms. The Company disclaims all warranties that the website, servers or any e-mail sent by the Company are free of viruses or other malicious software. In particular, the website is not liable for any special, indirect, consequential or occasional, positive or consequential damages from a visit to the website and/or from the use of the services or the information contained in the website.
The Company may, at any time, change, suspend or discontinue any individual operation of the website or its operation may be suspended / discontinued for reasons beyond its control.
The Company makes every effort to ensure that the website is secure for its users but does not warrant that any program or information on it is free of any malicious code-viruses or other malicious components for the User’s computer system. It is the sole responsibility of each user to implement the appropriate software and to secure its information and system.
E. Links to other websites
The website does not control the availability, content, personal data privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of other websites and pages to which it refers through “links”, hyperlinks or banner ads. Therefore, for any problem that occurs during the visit thereto / use thereof, you must refer directly to the respective websites and pages, which bear the relevant liability for the provision of their services. The website shall under no circumstances be deemed to endorse or approve the content or services of the linked websites and pages, or is in any other way associated with them.
F. Applicable law, jurisdiction and other terms
The above-mentioned terms and conditions are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties. If any provision of these terms is deemed illegal, it shall automatically be null and void and shall be removed from the present, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens are exclusively competent for any disputes arising herefrom.
The present constitutes the entire agreement between the website and the visitor / user regarding its pages and services and is binding between them. No amendment to these terms will be taken into account and form part of this agreement unless it has been drafted in writing and it has been incorporated therein.
Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “HiFuture Giveaway”
1. Subject of the Giveaway
The société anonyme (S.A.) operating under the corporate name “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION (WESTnet DISTRIBUTION) SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME FOR DISTRIBUTION, TRADE, INDUSTRY AND PRODUCTION” (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), with its registered office at 22 Thivaidos Street, Kifissia, Attica, Greece, Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) No. 006419201000, VAT No. 999645171, Tax Office: KEFODE Attica, hereby announces the promotional giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) entitled “HiFuture Giveaway”, which will be conducted through the Organizer’s Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/hifuture.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all users of the Website who:
- are permanent residents of Greece or Cyprus;
- are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
- have full legal capacity,
subject to the provisions of Section 3 below.
3. Exclusion of Participants
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway:
- individuals under the age of eighteen (18);
- persons who are not permanent residents of Greece or Cyprus;
- persons lacking legal capacity, as described in Section 2;
- employees of the Organizer, regardless of their position or employment status;
- employees of any subsidiary of the Organizer;
- employees of the Organizer’s advertising agency; and
- first- and second-degree relatives and spouses of all the above.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway will run from Sunday, 12 July 2026, at 19:00 until Sunday, 19 July 2026, at 19:00 (Greek time).
Only entries submitted within the above period will be considered valid.
5. Participation Procedure
During the Giveaway Period specified in Section 4, any eligible Website user meeting the requirements set out in Sections 2 and 3 may participate by completing all of the following steps:
a. Leave a comment on the Giveaway post and tag one friend;
b. Follow the Instagram account @hifuture.gr;
c. Like the Giveaway post.
Completion of all the above steps constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Multiple entries are not permitted. Each participant will receive only one (1) entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of comments or attempts to participate.
Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and does not require any additional procedure. The records maintained by the Organizer, or by any third party acting on its behalf under a relevant agreement, shall constitute conclusive evidence regarding the receipt and validity of any participation, in accordance with Section 7 below.
No purchase of any product distributed or marketed by the Organizer is required to participate in the Giveaway.
6. Prizes
The Giveaway includes four (4) prizes to be awarded to four (4) winners, consisting of:
- 2 × HiFuture Go Pro2 Smartwatches
- 2 × HiFuture Active Smartwatches
The prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
The prizes are offered “as is.” The Organizer shall bear no liability under the provisions governing seller liability or any other consumer protection legislation relating to actual defects or non-conformity of the prizes.
7. Selection of Winners
The winners will be selected through a computerized random draw, conducted without human intervention, on 20 July 2026.
In addition to the four (4) winners, four (4) alternate winners will also be selected, in the event that any winner fails to respond, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize.
The results of the draw are final and may not be challenged or contested through any legal or other procedure.
A valid entry is any participation that simultaneously satisfies all of the following conditions:
A. The participant is eligible under Sections 2 and 3, and the entry has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Section 5;
B. The Organizer determines that the entry is not the result of unlawful technical manipulation, fraud, or any unfair interference with the Organizer’s systems by the participant or any third party;
C. The entry has been submitted and successfully recorded within the Giveaway Period specified in Section 4.
8. Notification of Winners
The Organizer will announce the winners by:
a. Publishing their names under the Giveaway post; and
b. Sending each winner a private message via their Instagram profile requesting that they contact the Organizer and provide the minimum personal information required for prize delivery, namely:
- Full name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Telephone number
The above information is required solely for the purpose of arranging and delivering the prize.

The Organizer shall bear no responsibility if the contact details provided by a participant or winner are incorrect or incomplete, making communication impossible.
If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving the Organizer’s Instagram message, or otherwise fails to communicate with the Organizer for any reason (including force majeure events), that winner shall permanently forfeit the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the first alternate winner, in the order determined by the draw, and subsequently to the remaining alternate winners if necessary.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants expressly authorize and consent to the Organizer using and publishing information relating to the promotional campaign and its results through radio, print media, electronic media and the Internet, including social media.
9. Prize Delivery
The prizes will be dispatched after the winners have provided the personal information specified in Section 8 and following coordination with the respective winners regarding the delivery arrangements.
10. Liability
The Organizer shall bear no liability in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive or register any participant’s entry through the Giveaway entry and winner selection system.
In any event, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited solely to acts or omissions resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence and shall under no circumstances extend to accidental events or events of force majeure.
Under no circumstances shall the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, directors, shareholders, representatives or partners be held liable for any damages or losses of any kind (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, civil or criminal damages) arising from the actions of users of the Website.
Any damage caused to the Website or to the Internet in general as a result of the improper or unlawful use of the relevant services by any participant shall fall exclusively within the responsibility of that participant.
The Organizer shall not be liable for incorrect or incomplete information or where, due to force majeure events (including, without limitation, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorist acts or threats of terrorism, accidents, fires, floods or other natural disasters, civil unrest or similar events), it is unable to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
11. Publication
These Terms and Conditions are published and available on the Website.
12. Information – Complaints
For any information or complaints relating to the Giveaway, any participant or third party may contact the Organizer via email at info@mywestnet.com.
13. Personal Data
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the participant’s explicit and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of personal data, specifically the participant’s full name, telephone number, email address and prize delivery address, which shall be maintained in a database by the Organizer and/or third parties acting on its behalf under a relevant contractual agreement, solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw.
Participants acknowledge that maintaining such records is necessary for the proper conduct of the Giveaway, including the selection of winners, publication of the results and completion of all actions required for communication with the winners and delivery of the prizes.
Participation in the Giveaway also constitutes the participant’s explicit and unconditional consent to the publication of their personal data for the purposes of announcing the Giveaway results, including the publication of their name through print and electronic media and/or the Internet (including social media), in particular through the Organizer’s official pages, as well as the processing of such data for all purposes necessary to award the prize.
The Organizer undertakes to process participants’ personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
In particular, the Organizer undertakes not to disclose or transfer participants’ personal data to any third party for commercial purposes, except to persons acting on behalf of the Organizer where necessary for the administration of the Giveaway, nor to use such data for any purpose other than those described in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer further undertakes to ensure that any third party processing participants’ personal data on its behalf complies fully with the applicable data protection legislation.
Participants acknowledge that they understand the nature and operation of social media platforms and consent to the fact that any comments, shares or likes relating to the Giveaway may be publicly visible on the Organizer’s social media pages.
Following the delivery of the prizes, all personal and non-personal data relating to the participants and winners shall be permanently deleted from the Organizer’s records, as well as from the records of any third party acting on its behalf, unless retention is required by applicable law.
To exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure or withdrawal of consent regarding the processing of their personal data, participants may contact the Organizer at info@mywestnet.com. Participants may also lodge complaints with the competent Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
14. Cancellation of the Giveaway – Amendment of the Terms
The Organizer reserves the right, without incurring any liability, to postpone, cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions (including the duration of the Giveaway) by publishing the relevant announcement on the Website.
Any amendment, postponement or cancellation shall become effective only after the relevant announcement has been published by the Organizer on the Website.
15. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
16. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the participant’s express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which shall be supplemented, where applicable, by the Organizer’s Terms of Use, Terms of Transactions and Privacy Policy.
