At Westnet, we put strong emphasis on the technical support for the products we distribute, since for us, the customer service does not end with the sale.
We have created a modern and organized Technical Support Center, with highly trained staff, ensuring fast and reliable repair and technical support for a large number of technology products. Our goal is to respond promptly and effectively to the needs of our customers, striving to instill a sense of security and certainty that we will be there to address any problem they may encounter with their product.
Since 2006 we have been an Official Authorized Partner of HP (Service Authorized Partner) providing technical support for all desktops and laptops, under or out-of-factory warranty, regardless of where they have been purchased, while our repair centre also sells a wide range of authentic HP parts at the best prices in the market. In addition, since March 2019, we are an exclusive Authorized Service Center for ASUS products.
